For example :
someone has a cigarette addiction. This means a person every day allocated their money to purchase it and ignored a primarily healthy diet. A person has a willingness to get out of it. But the body automatically leads to that behavior/unconsciously. If a person has a family member, ignoring the activities that a family must allocate their time.
The question is, how to end the cycle of misery ? First, do other activities that trigger the behavior. for example : if smoking appears in the morning after showering. Then change the pattern by gardening or walking or reading.
If activity do daily until the prompt in mind disappears completely.
